Faculty - Alexandria Hill, MD, FACOG

Dr. Alexandria Hill obtained her BS in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University. After taking a year to volunteer abroad in Costa Rica, substitute teach, and work as a Medical Assistant, she attended medical school at Texas A&M University Health Science Center followed by a residency in OB/GYN at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The native Texan returned to Galveston, Texas to complete a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch where she received teaching awards for her involvement with medical students and residents.
Dr. Hill is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Being licensed in multiple states, Dr. Hill currently practices telemedicine full time to service communities in need of high-risk obstetrical care. Dr. Hill is extensively involved with the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, serving on multiple committees to raise awareness and advocate for maternal health care on both the state and national level. She has traveled extensively and enjoys incorporating her study of the Spanish language into her daily clinical practice.
Dr. Hill continues to lecture medical students and mentor individuals in the medical field. She enjoys educating medical professionals and has been a part of America’s Board Review Course since 2017.
